Professor Bill Dawson, Chairman. Bill was formerly Director of UK Research and Director of Technology Acquisition, Europe with Eli Lilly. Recently appointed chair of SEHTA (South East Health Technologies Alliance) he is also a Director of a number of biotechnology companies. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry Parliamentary Advisory Committee and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Science Committee.

Nick Miller-Jones is UroSens' CEO. Nick led the Life Sciences Division of one of the UK's leading technology consultancy companies and has over 20 years experience in the biotech, life sciences and healthcare industries. He has worked in a number of disciplines including point-of-care assay development, market analysis and positioning, market entry strategy, identification of companies for acquisition and due diligence on life science companies on behalf of investors.

Lawrence Fenelon, Finance Director. Lawrence is an Associate with Beer and Partners specializing in the health technology sector, and an NED at Novolytics. He has considerable experience of early stage biotech companies and five years experience in a senior position with a major bank. He has an MBA from the London Business School and a degree in chemistry and biochemistry from Oxford University.

Elisabeth Parker, non-executive Director, is the Board representative from Cancer Research Technology Ltd, from whom UroSens' key intellectual property is licensed. In addition to technology management and licensing Elisabeth has extensive experience in the diagnostics sector.

Professor Gareth Williams MBChB, Scientific and Clinical Adviser, is Head of the Department of Pathology, Royal Free and University College Medical School, UCL, London, Cancer Research UK Senior Clinical Scientist, and Joint Leader of the Chromosomal Replication Group at the Wolfson Institute for Biomedical Research at UCL. In addition to research and teaching Gareth's department is responsible for providing diagnostic pathology and cytopathology services to hospital clinicians and GPs.

Kai Stoeber, Scientific and Clinical Adviser, is Lecturer in Experimental and Molecular Pathology in the Department of Pathology and Principal Investigator/Joint Leader of the Chromosome Replication Group at the Wolfson Institute for Biomedical Research, UCL, London. With Gareth Williams and others he elucidated the role of replication-licensing proteins including the Mcm family and proposed their use as markers of cancer.
